Tom brings more than 20 years of leadership and modernization experience across nonprofit, labor, benefit-fund, and public-sector settings.
His experience spans executive operations, institutional banking, public-sector technology programs, workforce and payroll modernization, multi-entity integration, and regulated benefit-fund administration. He brings finance, people, technology, and governance into the same operating conversation.
Tom starts by understanding how the institution works, what its people need, and where decisions lose momentum. His approach combines executive judgment with practical discovery, vendor evaluation, implementation planning, staff development, and a clear handoff.
